Assistant Property Manager in Anchorage, Alaska

PTP Management, Inc. (PTP), a subsidiary of CIRI is currently recruiting for a Assistant Property Manager in Anchorage, Alaska.

General Function
In conjunction with property managers, oversees the day-to-day activities of office, industrial and retail properties of varying sizes. Provide high level administrative support for the property managers.

Minimum Experience
Undergraduate degree in business administration, accounting or finance preferred. Minimum of two years administrative experience. Knowledge of real estate principles; or any combination of education and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities. Real Estate License strongly encouraged.
